Alright, thanks for the info.

How do dodge and accuracy stack? Can you reach a point where you have so much dodge that you can't be hit at all, or are there some diminishing returns/dodge caps involved? Also, while I'm at it, do ship battles resolve differently during quick battle, as opposed to watching it play out (like invasions)?
Cultural Beacon does not allow for the training of celebrities, but it's %bonus to influence affects all of my planets. Diplomatic Corps. provides the ability to train diplomats AND celebrities.
Another thing I've noticed is when you do a "train [citizen]" social project, you can queue up an infinite number of them, so long as you have the resources to start the first one, sending the respective resources well into the negative. Though, that has been around for quite some time.
1. Virtual World is giving it's bonuses to all my planets. Currently have the effects of 2 of them stacked on all my planets. 2.Had a thing where I was progressing down the terraforming tech branch. I had clicked an age of ascension technology, expecting it to stop automatically before habitat improvement, because I did not have enough tech to progress to the next age, but to my surprise, it SKIPPED Habitat Improvement, and before I knew it, I got Slaveling Recycling. It would not let
1. How do you manipulate the AI to produce more spies? I'm trying to make a spy spamming faction, but it doesn't seem to be working, regardless of how I set them up. 2. How exactly do weapons and defenses work? When a ship shoots it's weapons, is it all considered one big attack, or does each individual laser or whatever plink individually? How much damage do defenses absorb, exactly? I know that off-defenses are less effective, but how much, and do they all stack toget
Let's see. Someone already covered the work camp issue. I also noticed that "Malevolent - motivation III: Ruthless" ideology trait only gives 10% military production to the homeworld, instead of 100%.
I remember before crusade, I was running GRM. This gave pirates survey ships, and the ability to scavenge ships. I actually had a game where they managed to carve out a rather large empire, occupying several planets. I find them, I begin conquering them, and I notice they build weird stuff. Their primary building (maybe only? I don't remember) was this ideology event building that gave 10 food and 10 wealth to the colony, and they just spammed it on all their planets. Surely they didn't find
1:1 production:pop ratio seems kinda high. Maybe you can reduce the ratio, though? Instead of "raw production = √pop", it could be "raw production = 1.5 X √pop", or something to that effect. Or maybe population could be factored back into planetary resistance again. Obviously, not enough to outright replace legions, but maybe make a certain amount of population be equal to a legion, and keep them confined to their respective cities/capitals.
