Every time I log into Win Customize it just asks for a login again. What can I do?
Good news!! All of a sudden I can login. I just had to reset my PW about six times. Go figure! But I may be back. Oftentimes a glitch like this will return. Thanks for the help. Pax, Go Brandon!!! Dan

I have e-mailed RF Support to see if I can bypass it or do I need to uninstall. I've never had a problem logging in with RF.
I can try. i'm so integrated with it because of the convenience. It works for everything else.

Right now its Wincustomize. but I'm having this problem on any of your software. I use RoboForm, if that makes a difference.

I cannot login!! As soon as I hit sign-in it disappears before I can type the log-in info. I have used your products for years. I'm using RoboForm, if that makes any difference.
Often I cannot login to your software. By the time I click my id and try to enter it disappears. Right now my problem is with Start 10, but I've had the same problem with other software. Dan Diffenbach

The delete feature won't delete some of my cursors. Is there perhaps a registry fix to get rid of those cursors?
Your message was cut-off a little bit. So, did you say I have to get Support to delete a post? So, if I write something, and change my mind, or decide that the post was crummy, I am stuck with it unless I go thru some rigamarole with Support? Boy, so one must be careful here.

I just uninstalled Fences for the 5th and last time. It was turgid, uncooperative. I could not move any of the Fences I had created without constantly trying to drag them. It was very difficult to track any file. It's a good idea, but it needs more work to make it more responsive. Any comments would be appreciated.
Fences move very sluggish, very pokey. Is there any way to make them move quickly and smoothly? Diffenbach
I would like to see a new manual for IP--all I see is 2009??!! I need help with Icon Packager and Win 10 not IP and XP! My immediate issue is that I cannot download an icon package and then install it into IP on my computer. No packages work. Download goes into my Download file. I extract and see icons, but I cannot get them to be recognized by IP. Diffenbach
where are instructions for object dock--i don't know what to do
Only a very few of the downloads include audio--always greyed out. Why is this?
I cannot get my icons to "unfade" I don't know if icon packager is the right program. I want to be able to see my icons bright, not faded. Thanks Dan Diffenbach
