The ship movement track color codes seem to need some work. It seems they do not (always) consider speed reductions (-50%) due to nebular or alike. They always show the full movement range of the ship and not the remaining movement of the ship. (It looks nice as the color changes during the move of the ship, but actually that is not really useful, especially if you move the ship in smaller steps !)

The production progress bar in general is obviously great, but what does it mean in the context of projects like birth rate enhancement or wealth? By the way, I like the projects ! In the mouse over and on the planet list I sometimes see the progress bar for projects partially or fully filled what does that mean? I would recommend to keep the bar always filled for projects, but color code it differently to indicate that this job is endless. <

On the subject of the planet list some more: - The mouse over help only works for the wealth part. - The production progress indicator should include the number of turns until completion if possible Enhancement Ideas: -Allow the user to define which production information is provided (wealth, research, production, people on planet, etc.) For example in an early game I want to know the population on the planet, the wealth and production, later I m

Maybe we could work with two spending wheels, if we are not allowing additional building facilities on the planets (I would still prefer the additional ones, but for a solution without that track): 1) Spending Wheel (Manufacturing, Research, Wealth) 2) Manufacturing Spending Wheel (planetary Buildings, planetary Ship Production, Starbase ship production) The problem with the second wheel is that two of the three directions require a building on the planet before they c

I personally like micromanagement, especially in the first 150 turns, but a perfect game needs to cater to both user groups, a simple more global approach for the one side (and the late game) and a detail one for the others. So I would prefer a global Spending wheel that can be overridden on a planet or actually for a category of planets (in the style of governor types). I would prefer the dual queues, but the suggested slider should be applied on a planet / governor level, no

Well on the "you simply win" point, I also lost a ship when attacking a resting enemy fleet at a planet, so there is already some calculation for the battle although it may be basic. We will see the details when they get to it ;-) I am looking forward to it.

As EvilMaxWar is saying, please, we are supposed to help them make a great game as soon as possible. Find the bugs and make the suggestions directed at the work at hand now, which is creating the regular game. Modding is about extending the regular game beyond its intended bounds (which we do not see yet) and therefore a great thing at a later stage. I think it would be best, if you have a feature idea, describe it as a suggestion to be made available as part of the regular ga

I like the possibility of getting all the advantages, but it must come at a steep price. Therefore the current solution with rising costs based on buying in any of the trees seems to be a very good direction. Buying in Malevolent should have a stronger impact on benevolent then on pragmatic. Since unlike the statement above you only have to buy one ideology enhancement on a level to get access to the next level, having the contradiction exclusion would work and would also be a

Related to Version 0.0.1.0 - looks good and behaves well for an alpha, thank you very much ;-) Here are some points I encountered 1. Naming: "Adjust Manufacturing Spending" as a title seems odd as you can generally "Adjust Spending" 2. For setting Spending: a ) if you click on one of the three symbols it should move to 100% of that Spending type. b ) The system should support setting the spending to zero wealth accumulation, ie the money
