I can confirm first one, not sure about second. Something is wrong with United Earth fleet. Since I don't use this faction or ships in any way it's not a problem for me but I am little surprised this is appearing only now, I saw it months ago but I wasn't sure its not my problem only.

To be honest I don't think this is important element in any way. And new "water" looks weird... I moded it little bit so I dont remember exactly but if you use Retribution 1st level Entertaimant building is actually in tech below in influence line (early) and its callde Entertaimant Center, Network is upgrade to it

I am little concern about GC4. 1. First it would have to include all features from 3 at lunch and be better at the same time 2. Interesting, I have a game that crashes at turn 183/184. Last thing I see is "starting new turn" in the corner and then CTD. Always in exactly same way. I already reported it on steam forum and provided savegame, hopefully this is game bug that might get fix not my bad modding :)
