What it says on the post title. Just downloaded GalCiv3 and started playing it. It's really fun, but I have a question about Diplomacy and alliances. It seems that when I get into an alliance with another race that I can't actually ask them to "Declare War" on another alien race. This seems like an oversight, but am I wrong? I can ask them to "Embargo" their trade with another race, but they don't automatically declare war on other civilizations I am fighting with,
