I am playing as a race with the coercive trait which allows each planet to be governed locally with the planetary wheel. On new planets that I colonize, the social/military slider is unable to be moved. I am able to adjust the wheel itself but the slider sticks and cannot be moved. The slider sticks at 50/50 however underneath where it says manufacturing, social reads at 100 percent even though the slider is in the middle. Most planets have this issue but not all.
