Cannot uninstall Fences 2 in Windows 10 in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

I don't know if these facts have anything to do with it but I'll leave them here; 1. I downloaded fences on windows 7 I think, and updated my Operating system to Windows 10. 2. I believe I have uninstalled stardock through the 'Uninstall or Change a program' list in my control panel on Windows 7 but has had no noticeable changes other then removing it from the list.
