Hello All. I have a problem with the GUI when one examines the purchase information for a ship or building. When I am asked if I want to buy, my brain sees the two potential answers as "yes", then "no". Unfortunately for me, the game actually displays "Cancel", then "Accept". I have blown my early game economy due to my not paying enough attention. I admit it is my own stupidity and/or laziness, but I really wish that the affirmation was the first option and the cancelation was the

I have no idea if this is relevant to the Research screen question, but somehow, no matter what I pick to research, the time to completion is 1000 turns. I am slightly in the red money-wise and I do complete techs after several turns anyway, so I'm not sure what is going on. This game is also my first try at being evil ;). I hope I can keep it up. In an unrelated vein, this is also the first game that I figured out how to assign points to things like defense, courage, etc.
It fits on all of them at the same time, being flat and all. They just have some pretty thick calluses from the rotational friction. Oh, and they have to cock their legs once in a while so the moon can complete its orbit. Wendy
Joel, you ninnies! And Crow, of course, even if they did change his voice (I think). Haven't had cable for a few years now, so I can't remember too many, but MANOS - Hands of Fate! "Push the button Frank." Wendy
I can cover A'Tuin, but you've got me on the elephants; I'd have to look it up :(. Wendy
OK. (AKA, a Bump) :) Wendy
Don't you think shooting would be redundant? If you take him outside of the ship, he'll die anyway. :D Wendy
Done! Yay! I couldn't use the coupon, though. Ah well, they deserve that extra $10 anyway. Wendy
Thank you very much, sir. I'll give it a try. Wendy
OK, my question is how does one get an upgrade? I can find no option for it at Stardock Central, nor by doing a search of all products. Frankly, I am more than happy with 'just' GalCiv, but I really want to support Stardock further, so I want to pay the extra $20 whether or not I DL the other games. Now *that* is a sure sign of an outstanding product and company! :D Have a good one, Wendy
I've decided, too. I want to have Bobo's babies!
I also did not buy this game UNTIL I knew there were patches available. I am a former IT manager who lives with a programmer, so I know that no code shipped as a 1.0 will be perfect enough for every user. Hence, I expect patches as part of customer service and support and would never buy a software title without such. Perhaps this complaint is yet another social disfunction that can be chalked up to the anonymity of certain media; people need to vent as part of day to day life and her
