I tried to moving the ship around using the offset, to get the cube in the middle of the ship. Didn't solve the problem, or change the problem - ship looked exactly the same. Besides that I am also getting the problem in other models, for example the one I post in the link. However in this ship it's not the entire ship, but just a single part, that gets massively disformed. http://i62.tinypic.com/2zz575i.jpg

Some of the ships I build appear messed up after I saved them. During the building process in the ship designer everything looks just fine, but as soon as I hit the save button and try to look up my design in the shipyard I get an image that is very little like the ship I designed.
