Again thanks for the help guys, checked my email again, looks like my client couldn't authenticate with my mail service, my emails have been sitting on the server and the ticket was closed [e digicons]:blush:[/e] . My bad, I'll try to reopen it.

It never asked me to log in or sign up. Just took may details and gave me a ticket number. I'll try signing up and submitting a new ticke
Hello, I'm hoping someone from Stardock will read this. I purchased Galactic Civ 3 some time ago on steam but still haven't been able to to start it. Went through the steps suggested by stardock to fix the problem, nothing worked. In the end I gave up and submitted a ticket along with the file stardock's support tool generated. Didn't get an answer so submitted a new one. Its been a week and still no answer, not even an automated message to let me know t
