So, I was playing GC3 and I wanted to create a custom race, but I was wondering if it was possible to edit the way a civilization gains population, but not through the traditional methods of birth or assembly, basically I'm wondering if I could modify the game to allow a custom population gain method, is this something that would be possible? If so would it be something that would be easier to do, or something that would require a lot of modding experience? And hey,
