How are alliances formed? After I researched Alliance tech I expected to see something like "offer alliance" within a race's diplomacy interface. However, I didn't see any option. Also, is there any way to expedite the repairs of a damaged starbase?
Being able to set the ships a planet produces to be automatically relocated to a particular location.
This game is so much better than Moo3 it is not even funny (without all the marketing hoopla, no less). I can only come up with 2 things that could be added: 1. An option on the survey ship that will set it to automatically find and explore anomolies throughout the galaxy. 2. A more sophisticated space combat system. It would be pretty cool if it were like Moo2 space combat except it would occur on the main galaxy map instead in "combat mode" at a particular pla
