I switched on galciv 3 today and it said it was updating (even though I though 1.12 was opt in). It then went to the loading screen and stays there indefinitely. I have tried several times now and cannot get the game to start. There is no error message. Anyone got any ideas?

So far I can't seem to find any specifically tourism oriented buildings, just entertainment morale boosting ones, or do they also boost tourism? I am new to gal civ and coming at it from civilization perspective may have confused tourism culture and influence as all being related.
