There is a production overflow, which is shown in a tooltip when hovering over the shipyard build que. However, what I believe he is referencing is the fact that once you get to extremely high late game production, it is inefficient to produce ships with fewer hit points and hull space when you can build a size huge dreadnought and a size small corvette in the same time. You are wasting time, rather than production.

Does 1.6 work with the 1.31 patch?
I too have encountered this, I believe it is the Precursor Artifacts Mega Event.
For some reason none of the mods I have installed are working even though I have allowed mods and have restarted Galactic Civilizations. Have you or anyone experienced this? I am running the 1.2 patch.
Does this work for the 1.2 patch?
Thank you, I am still hoping that this might be added in the base game.
Is it possible to add starbase modules on economic starbases that add food and percentages of population growth like orbital farms and starbase hospitals? And if so, will it be added in upcoming patches? And does anyone believe doing this would be unbalanced?
I have encountered this problem with a badly cropped circle icon for my race_ Whenever I zoom in or out they wobble_ Sorry my period button does not work_
I think I might have seen a an option to turn off automatic minimap zooming in the interface tab in the options menu. I could be wrong though. And in my game, as my empire expands, the minimap expands to include all of it.
The Precursor Hull Reinforcement ship part is has no mass cost, adds ten hit points, but can be but on more than once, that allows you to create ships with limitless hit points. I have not encountered a limit. Is this intentional or a bug?
Sadly no, though having starbases add to the route along the way would be interesting.
It does not matter what starbase area of effect regions the trade route line goes through, the only starbase that would effect value would be the one influencing the planet of origin. But as I understand it, the starbase you put around the planet of origin did increase revenue, correct?
You have to have the star-bases zone of effect include the planet to change the trade route value, this is by design.

[quote who="KD7BCH" reply="12" id="3569452"] Ahimsa was Gandhi's Belief in non-violent protest and he was against war. Of course a Pacifist would be in favor if there had to be violence in the least costly violence but Gandhi wasn't an advocate of violence at all, Indian self-determination, Independence and self rule. He also wrote a letter to Hitler before WW2 broke out hoping for a peaceful solution. Ruthless and chilling leaders don't do that. Learn your
What is interesting is that the Altarians attack the most technologically and militarily advanced AI without significantly damaging the advanced AI's military. Once the Altarians somehow manage to capture all of the advanced AI's planets, all of that AI's ships become pirates. These super powerful pirates roam around and cause grief for all of the surrounding civilizations. <
