Well I'm dumb, I didn't not, and I have no idea how to do it.

So long story short, after I sent my fleets to destroy the planet. Later on I want to send a transport to take it, it gives me this message Planet is Undefended. Invade with populated transports. WTF is that means ?? Please help thx
