Sure... the ship is just to the "South West" of Trimbles Folley next to a manufacturing relic. It's worth noting, I think, that the build command doesn't seem to be grayed out. But when I hover over it, there's no hotkey popup. But there is for other ships that CAN build starbases. (I just tested this.) I'm happy to send you the savegame file as well as the output of the support tool you just post

When I got the ability to build huge ships, I created a new design with 10 constructor modules, and a slew of sensors and drive modules. Basically a very fast deployment capability. However, when I click on construct starbase, nothing happens. I tried "upgrading" this to a design with only 9 modules (thinking there might be an issue with double digits) but that didn't solve the issue either. This ship IS capable of building a shipyard (completely consumes the shi
