Great Mod...one thing I noticed is when I try to order constructors from a starbase I get a message saying there are no constructors to build. I did notice your design misspells constructor.

Can we please get the large empire penalty nerfed or at least some kind of tech/building to combat it. My insane map is now unplayable because of it.
