Hello developers, can we please have the option in "gameplay" selections to toggle auto end turn on and off. So that when we dont have anything to do, like select research, idle colonoy, or idle ships, upgrade starbase and so on. that the turn can automatically complete without having to hit the enter or select "turn" with the mouse. Lazy I know, but it would save a great deal of time and mouse/keyboard clicks Neandertal

I also have had this problem, completed all research items and now cant continue playing.
