Interesting.. This was a game I started on Friday night (4/10) and experienced this bug on Monday (4/13). Does this make sense?

Not sure if this is the place to post bugs.. However, in a ~6 hour game, my idealogy tree bugged and I was able to unlock all of the Pragmatic and Benevolent trees after never choosing those trees at any situation in the game. Anyone have this? Also, are there supposed to be rings in this version? I don't see any.. or do I have to start a new game?
