Insane wrap-up: Kira escort mission was fairly easy using what I'd learned from the earlier difficulties - drone control fist and healing hand. Big Bloom took a lot of iterations and trying several different strategies. Finally got it with 15 mining drones, Blink strip-mining up the left side, mixed behemoths and kraxx, and a servo that can outrange bastions (usually; may depend on angle or approach) The final mission was a one-shot mostly using the servos from Big

After failing a mission, when I return to the mission list (perhaps after visiting the hanger) I want the last mission I played to be selected, not the last one in the list. In the mission rewards, I see Ranger Ruckus Champion legs, which list a chaingun bonus. Isn't that a Juggernaut only weapon? The juggernaut piston abilities are confusing. They are usually highlighted as if they are available, but just buzz at me. I've gotten them to work on buildings, althou
I haven't figured out how to fire Kira's ability Sometimes after a match, if I bring up the goals box, it's partly off the top of the screen, making the close button inaccesible. It's modal, so I have to exit the game. Got through the first two new insane missions on the first try, but I can't get started on Attack of the Twins. One point is that the bloom canisters seem to be random, so there often isn't enough for a refinery in your starti
Things had been slow; still surprised it took me at least 13 days to check in. Backdrop is cool. Even though I'm not personally one to switch out desktop backgrounds, I have a feeling that a function to create a screenshot without the letterboxing and buttons would go over well. Though Juggernauts overlap into other servos pretty bad. The servo hanger isn't really a hanger - just standing in the street. There is also still a lot of stuff referencing Drek's De
BTW wondible what level are you now? I got an offline profile to 6 so far, not leveling my online one for a bit. The new pilot 'Kira' owns
Hit 4 last night. Juggernaut actually seams more fragile than my boxer, but it's mostly armorless default gear and the champ has 16. I did pop an avian and two missile pods in the store before that level, so at least some of it is dropping.
Any chance you've got a rooting weapon? My game started crashing suddenly, and I correlated it back to a rooting pistol and stopped using it. I was looking forward to seeing how that mechanic worked too.
Combine #1, #2, and maybe #3. Befitting the game's scale where you move battle groups rather than individual units, you should build battle groups rather than individual units. The main factory build items would be groups, with additional controls to edit/add/delete battle group templates.
It's a command that's added to your Servo. Pop it whenever you want. 45 or 60 sec cooldown, IIRC.
Not this one. Generator must have rolled a tails on the ability. p.s I got also got an epic "Triple shot missile pod" that has an sc3 200 missile, listed as a single shot - worse in every way then the lower rarety one, and with an incorrect name.
Not at my laptop, but I think it's 2x damage for 4 seconds. Useful when combo'd at the right time. Should pop the same "I'm buffed" FX as Unstable Core, so your enemy will know what's going on.
What condition activates it?
Gladiator Upgrade Package (cpu, I think) pistols +3, swords +3
Heavy Hitter: (fist) 17 dps (in shop) Power boost (Sc2+) servo 3x damage for 5 sec, cooldown 60
Hmm, I could believe that Enrage Sword is missing some text. Gives you a short damage buff to that Servo. Amount depends on which level it is, etc.
What is a "short" damage buff?
Curious what is out there. Though mostly I'm curious about this "Enrage Sword" - is it really just a lackluster sword, or is there something that doesn't have a text description? Gutpunch Gun (pistol) 21 dps, 30% 4x crit, 20% knockback 60 Brawler Fist 28dps, +100 hp Big Boom Pod (volley pod): sc3 *only*, 60 damage, 10 area, 10 attacks, cooldown 60.
What we may end up doing instead is turn our flying transport unit into a unit that can call in reinforcements that teleport in. But this has to be done very carefully. On paper, it's all fun. But when you're trying to wage a planetary wide battle where we want strategy to be the defining skill and not APM we have to be careful about how we handle this.
I've got an audiobook on WWII going, and the
The bug report just takes me to a blank web support form. Is that intentional? Are you gathering hidden game info in the background? Do AI servos get arbitrary bonuses, or can I really get parts that good? Are they adjusted to my level? Normal is slaughtering me at level 10, I can't image what those servos would do to a new player.
One more thing I forgot about: field modification effects. The example would be the acid pool grenade launcher. Being able to cut off an area (or at least make it expensive to cross) has interesting possibilities, although 75 damage starts to become lacklaster after getting other shoulder parts. Mines do more damage, though they can be cleared with a sacrificial drone, and are often used as grenades.
I know with the new build coming this may all be irrelevant, but I figured I’d stop putting it off. I’m kind of down on armor. I realize that for the game to end, damage has to happen, but at present it’s only possible to build a tank with HP (including shields) Armor wise, if I sacrifice both precious shoulders and half my dps for a deflector, I’m still way below many weapon’s unit of damage, and only cover one of five dama
Another one on the creep mob idea: Local ice blast around the servo. The servo gets an armor buff, and anything nearby attacks slower. Might only give you another second or two against a large mob though. Also would not be effective against ranged, baring a really impressive range. Might also work for stun, giving your other servos more time to ready a grenade or something.
My initial thought is toggle, perhaps working like beam fists, so it wouldn't necessarily be the full 800 if you could extricate yourself from the situation. Could be quick toggled like the shield block with a different cost profile, effectively blunting grenades and such to a smaller hit. But yeah, a big group of creeps can do that much damage in a second or two, so it's greatly extending your lifetime. Might be useful against Draco too ;^) And yes, I was trying
Giant creep mobs are kind of depressing. Perhaps: Toggle ability where servo takes damage at high DPS (100dps or 8sec with standard health?) but is immune to regular damage Haven't thought of a good name/fiction. Atomic Bond Overload? Hypergravity Field? Most things don't bode well for the pilot, but then neither does getting blown up repeatedly ;^)
Will you be doing commemorative servo parts? Current skeletons don't fit unfortunately; they are more juggernaut, but have actuated arms and none o the leg skeletons really fit.
Guess it will be youtube for me. I'm often getting on a train at 4 central, two Tuesdays a month.
Another variation: pistol overwatch mode where servo stops shooting at regular targets and shoots down missiles with it's standard range and rate of fire. For maximum variation with minimum parts, make it a targeting system that uses any weapon, and require 10% of the projectiles damage to shoot it down; rifles will be better against grenades and even melee servos will have a chance to swat a direct hit grenade.
Anti-missile system. Servo part that protects an area from missile/grenade attacks, allowing it to protect a drone swarm from it's mortal enemy. Probably need experimentation to see if it works best with rate of fire limit, shield block style activation, or immunizer style. Actually, rate-of-fire suggests it might be partially effective on volley/barrage. Which in turn suggests a passive system with an intercept chance per attack. This could be a whole family of parts if you a
