This seems board-gamey to me. (And I'm a huge board game player). Think of it this way: Each administrator gives you a certain number of Administration Points. Think of them however you like. Each one is a person, each one is political capital, each is a signature on a form that allows the government to do something, each one is simply an action point that is a cost for some action. Hi again, One more thing, which may or may not be working as designed. I've been away from GalCiv for some time, and I'm recently dipping my toes back in with Crusade. Hi all, I've been away from all things GalCiv for quite a while, but have been giving Crusade a bit of a go. I'm wondering if the treasury tooltip (when hovering over money on the top bar) is working as intended. I was in a situation in a recent game where I discovered what had to be the last juicy planet on a small map.
