I just got the Retribution expansion, and I cannot figure out how to build hypergates. I saw someone said you have to research "spacial manipulation" but that does not show up in the tech tree? I am running a "mod" but the only changes that I made were to add planets to my starting solar system.
Hi everyone! Does anyone know how to create a custom planet improvement that would only work for one race? As in a race-specific improvement? Also, where can I find detailed instructions on how to mod the different files, or is it just trial and error?
