GalCiv III Crusade freezes late game, large map. Can still move mouse and see some of the animations. I've got latest video drivers, verified game files on Steam. Windows 10, Core i5 13500, RX6800XT, 32G Ram. I deleted the "pref.ini" file, rebooted, no effect. Thanks for any help!

Hi All, Love your game, but have the following, repeatable bug: I have an ideology point in "Pragmatic". I am saving it for later use. I aquire another point in "malevolent". I spend the malevolent point and my point in "pragmatic" vanishes. However, if I spend the pragmatic point first, my malevolent point is still there. I'm on GC3 Crusade / Windows 7.
