Wait, generals are the only way to invade planets in the current build? Can someone confirm this?

Lost ship templates in GalCiv III Support

I had some ship templates built but forgot to save my game. I've found them in the "designs" folder though. Was wondering if anyone knows how to bring them back into the game so I don't have to remake them. Thanks.
