Select citizen, click promote (really dumb path) then find recall in promotion list. It will cost you 10P to recall back to home world
YES i think the overdid the resource requirements in several areas but i like the idea. Likewise on admin requirements and the number you get. But easily modded
I agree with you.
1) No. And you can't interact, only send a freighter of conquer them 2) don't think so
edit MapSizeDefs.xml and change MinCameraZoom. Increase it for each map size to limit how far you can zoom in. I had to do this to prevent crashes on a computer with V old graphics card

new system adds too much repetitive micro. On larger maps with wide empires you have to revisit every planet and queue things up vs. set it and not be bothered again
All good points, my priorities are; 1,2,4,5,6,7 I would add In designer, allow ship component bar to be dragged up to show more than one line of components.

no caps , except for synthetic races. Keeping population happy is good for extra bonuses. I usually go for the malevolent Eager ideology because it gives +1 moral for every planet conquered. Eventually i am able to delete all planetary approval buildings. If you do some quick math you'll find that generally the best build out for a specialized planet is to have about the same number of farms as your improvements. e.g For a class 15 research planet i would typically do
