Recently downloaded GC III Crusade, and I find that the GOVERN tab does not show a "wheel" to set priorities, and that ECONOMY tab does not even show a slider to set TAX RATE. This causes a lot of problems with Funding and Approval Rates. Anyone have any idea why these things are missing in the game? Tutorial shows them, but I don't have them. Chuck D.
