Did the info about a sequel ever get published?

Anyone else think map scrolling is slow with the default view? Once I change zoom at all with the mouse wheel it is nice and quick.
I don't think Brad is saying that. He is only saying that the DLC is going to fund work on new units. The DLC is large maps and scenarios.
It's all relative: http://steamcharts.com/cmp/228880,281610,290790 Broadly speaking, Ashes will need to probably lower its price to attract more players. That said, Steam Charts only counts Steam units. It doesn't count the OEM or direct sales which represent the majority of our players who are out there too playing. You could get
to those guys thinking, you can compare Ashes with Stellaris NO, NO NO NO NO Ashes is a traditional RTS game your main objective is to build up your economy/army and destroy your enemies Stellaris is a 4x game where you mostly build your empire and do the other 4X things you cant even control your battles yourself, everything is automated it is like

What made you pick those particular ones to compare AotS to? I see lots of notable RTS games are missing fro
Whatever was going on seemed to resolve itself with a reboot. I'm able to start the game now.
Quoting PurplePaladin, reply 103Because TBS games are few and far between. Years between good ones sometimes. With the economy the way it is, and two TBS comming out so close together, people are going to chose one or the other. There's a reason there's a "5" in Civ 5, and I think I, and many others were hoping EwoM would hit one out of the park and give Civ5 an "underdog punch". Well, I still do
Well, a friend and I had several days of co-op games planned when we got this game tommorow. I just informed him there is no tactical in MP. He was in as much shock as I. In fact, he actually thought I was kidding, and it took me a minute to convince him I was totally serious. Luckily, I told him before he purchased his game, or he would have been furious. I can promise you, there are goi
Quoting Frogboy, reply 2 I'm not even sure how I'd improve on Starcraft 2. How about producing a (well written) campaign that is actually long enough to be considered a story? Instead we're charged $60 for 1/3 of a story. Of course the game is extremely polished, the individual races are fun & distinct and the multiplayer aspect is excellent.
</
MOO3 was far from ok it was the biggest failure in gaming history, the developer seemed to have no idea what makes a game fun, and that is ignoring all the major bugs they never fixed. It's a pity because they had some good ideas, they just failed to bring them together into a fun game with no critical bugs. Moo2 was a great game though I agree, that's why Moo3 was such a let down.
This is getting a bit out of hand. Yes I'm glad they are fixing it (well we cant' say fixing it, but they are trying). I was going to ask for a refund as this stuff has been getting worse for me with each patch. I'm going to try this patch and see if it fixes anything. Please don't ban my account SD for complaining; however, you have to admit this is getting a bit out of control. You're a relatively small/young
Quoting transitive, reply 12let a moderator deal with this in private. airing dirty laundry in public is bad form. I agree. And, I think it's a good idea to banned their credit cards so they can't come by. I mean, if they were THAT unhappy about the product to keep demanding refunds and bitching.. then where's the problem?
They will just use a 1-time cc# generated by Paypal
I wasn't trying to provide a treatise on network code and optimization. I was merely pointing out the fact that 25kbs is not an outrageous figure for an RTS. Even using a full, uncompressed representation of the rotation, the figure came close to almost twice 25kbs. And that wasn't including any other state. So with various optimization and compression techniques, 25kbs is entirely reasonable for a busy scene in an RTS.[/q

In the manual it says the upper limit is only what your pc can handle. Is this a subjective thing where performance degrades the further you push it, or will the game actually say it can't build that map? What is the largest map someone has built?
You say that the "loading" message means the game is loading in the background. But that message is there immediately upon coming to that screen, before I select a candidate, party, or anything. Is that the way it's supposed to be and I'm just not waiting long enough? </
I was having CTD until I turned off my norton anti-virus. Just made it through my first complete game.
