Sometimes, if I enter a moral choice selection screen, the diplomacy screen of a race, or spend too much time in a single planet building things, the sound of the game will bug out and stop. Clicking on ships usually resolves the issue. Still some sound cues won't play sometimes (e.g. end of turn, idle ship given a command etc). I haven't had to restart the game yet to fix it, and only once did the sound stay off for more than a few turns. I suspect this has something to do with over-

Might I suggest that the game use a different UP council algorithm than the current one? My suggestion is that the UP council shouldn't be so player-centric. So for example, the first race to meet at least 51% of the other races in the galaxy gets to hold the first UP council, and all other councils are determined from that from that point on. It gives an incentive for earlier exploration, and if the player hasn't got to meet a race in the UP council, then they aren't included in
Greetings to all, first off, thank you for bringing us the next game in one of the best 4X series I've ever played. So far I've played about 10 PvE skirmishes, with varying number of opponents. The experience has been good, although the AI was not challenging at all. The game did not cause any technical issues, except in my first game against 4 AI, where it just crashed to desktop immediately upon loading the map, but I haven't encountered this issue
