The forums don't seem to be playing too well with Edge, so I'm not quoting the relevant posts, but I've stumbled upon the Bazaar inflation values while trying to clean all references to Mercenaries out of GRM. (Simply removing the folders listed in the readme doesn't remove mercenaries from GRM-Ideology.) Search GalCiv3GlobalDefs.xml for "MercenaryHire" and you'll find it.
