Taskbar animation in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

Well, I've got a couple of Windowblinds skin (fron Boxxi, neone6,..) with animated taskbar. The question is : how to disable taskbar animation ? Is there a way to disable taskbar animation, in Windowblinds settings or in Windows 7 OS ? I already tried in Windows 7 settings but it didn't work, I guess if Windowblind skin is applied it has got priority. Any suggestion ? Thanks
