I am not sure just looking at the benchmarks will help with this question. I like playing long massive games with huge numbers of ships, etc. Often, at large numbers of units, the game eventually either slows down and becomes unplayable or it just crashes. So my problem is not running faster or having more frame rates, it is being able to support the most number of units. I currently have a 2080Ti. Would upgrading to a 3080 Ti increase the number of suppo

Wow thanks a lot guys. When I saw the greyed-out vast maps, and Ashes told me that I needed at least a six core processor to run them, I started looking at Broadwell-e. But then Ryzen was on the frontier so I thought I'd wait. Now that Ryzen doesn't do well on Ashes (at least for now - I realize Ashes Devs say they are optimizing for Ryzen and seeing good results), I decided to just splurge on the Broadwell-e. Now that I know there are no more vast maps at le
I upgraded my processor from a 6700k (4 core) to a 6900k (8 core) just so I could play all the vast maps in escalation. Now that i have set everything up with new mobo, processor, etc, I still have only 3 vast maps. And my benchmark scores have gone down. Am I doing something wrong? Why only 3 vast maps?
