I believe that we will get 4-5 square sectors for each empire. If the maps are going to be four times bigger than galciv2 than that's what it about comes to, 4-5 square sectors before planets runs out. I think that's a good size. Now I have a interesting suggestion, can there be a way to make every planet habitable like in galciv2 (cheats was the only way back then)? That would make a great game to play. :3 DARCA ;)
I don't want it to always be a blood bath where I research weapons. I like a economic approach then I buy a blood bath. :) How much space will I have on a immense map before space runs out? Like how many planets will I get? anyway good work friend, I can hardly wait to play! DARCA ;)
Forget it, I just figured out how to play galciv2 with cheats so I'm a make a grand stellar empire while I'm waiting :3

If anyone has looked in the game files a file called 'battle behavior defs' shows a glimpse of what the firing orders will be like and other circumstantial evidence.
So, I copied all the files to the mdds folder and put them in there corresponding place. When I started the game I tried cheching and unchexking the modds button but it wouldn't uncheck when went back, impliimg that the files loaded automatically. I'll try to change some stuff and see if it works despite tjus likely being q really bad idea, but nows the time to get q early start on modding. :) DARCA ;)
Wow [e digicons]8O[/e] idfk. Ima learn more about this. thks for the link jafo I can now fight the uniformity and ignorance they are trying to sell. But windows 8-9 is still way better than anything apple will ever make. Though now I can say bye bye to alot of crap on windows. :) DARCA ;)
Just tell me princess.
Windows 7 2.0 but likely they will make a harder to use not as controllable OS with stuff that was free that we must now pay for. And I didn't know SD could redo windows 8 to look and be like windows 7! So I could press the Microsoft button and be sent to the good old desk top again vs the tiles when playing galciv3???!!! Someone tell me more about this?!???!? DARCA ;)
Where's you're forum badge, otherwise you're a god damn pirate?!?!?
In 8 years since galciv2 and still not half of all gamers have 4 cores?!?
Let the beast inside out so you may be free of all burdens.

I never know if my question gets answered, I'll believe it did? Someone tell me please!?!?!
I copied files and made folders and stuff, but I'm not seeing a option to use a modd in game. Anyone know how to do this? (BE WARNED! DEVS WILL HUNT YOU DOWN FOR DEFILING THEIR SACRED WORK!!! HELP ME AND READ THIS POST AT YOU'RE OWN RISK!!!*) DARCA ;)
Many people said the same thing about tropico 4, comparing it to 3 saying it was similar. Looking at 5 saying it was the same as 4... But never comparing 3 to 5. And always saying how three was so much different than 5. Barking dogs. I must say with with all this new stuff I don't believe its galciv2.1 but actually galciv3: 1. Better espionage. 2. Space combat overhaul (not full tactical sadly). 3. Diplomacy. 4. Colonization and map features make th

Somethings can be improved, but there has to be a good reason to improve or change the concept. Change for the sake of it needs to be different somehow is not a good
I have a idea: I want to a modd where lights and civilization only spawn on useable tiles to simulate cities when looking at a planet, and when viewing the planet. Tiles would have a city like background when viewing it. And once a improvement is made on a tile that improvement is shown most on the tile, with the traditional picture of the improvement on the tile shown as being faded or not at all. (apart from a a tool tip) But just doing the first paragraph and showin
I'm going to mod the values of everything so it all falls on even multiples of 50 so a huge ship will have 500 defense foe instance. One thing is I'm going to make a stealth fleet with lots of sensors so I'm going to modd the hull size the miniaturization bonuses the hit points the base stats, everything. :) Over that, it seems better if we could do what you suggested. DARCA ;)
I really should write something for them...
Isn't there a tech that described old ships being used for research? I don't see why we can't blow up some stuff and test our designs out side of a real war. I mean, why build a ship not knowing how it will fair in a real battle? DARCA ;)
Ask Paul, how his gaming strategy effects development?
No! Maybe. Yes?
It would be nice if someone was spying on you and you could "teach them a lesson" by destroying something then going to the diplo screen and negotiate a end to their spying on you. DARCA. ;)
