The only things you need, are the will, a charismatic figure head to lead the movement, and a logistical support team of computers and people that handles and documents every resource and person. Or so I believe that's how to get to a Sovereign utopia. :) DARCA ;)

[e digicons]:rofl:[/e] I never bothered making tons if designs till now, glad to hear this will change.

In galciv2 I could make a design and then modify it without making another copy. Now it seems when I make a design (or try simply modifying one over a few days.) no matter what I try it makes another copy. Unless this isn't implemented yet or has been overlooked, its preferred to have a design that you are working on that doesn't keep cluttering up the list from having duplicates. DARCA ;)

Ikr, not much of a turn out... if you are still having a problem with the AIPs not getting morale buildings then maybe adding the bonus to the starting colony? I did this in my games. looking at this list, its a wonder galciv was as good as it was. SD always been one for typos but omg. And all the easy to fix bugs are more numerous than I thought, but it's going to take you guys a week or so to complete which isn't bad considering the bugs have been there for years alr

I applaud you guys, remember that guys like me have their own modds and that should be considered when altering components and things. I think there are way too many Starbase modules and they need to be bundled, although other modders may have made there own SB modules and limiting may be a problem? Yes, I don't want anyone stealing my seeds! Make the AI unable to steal farm techs! Please don't alter other stuff on preference I like trading.

This really hurts, and it makes my head hurt too. Good news is it went well, and when I don't feel tired from simply writing this message I'll play galciv to pass the time and be a functional person again. :) Just have to get the dried blood from my teeth still. Lol DARCA. ;)
