Yes thanks for the thought. I already have the icons as large but they are still very small to my eyes. Window's Taskbar has very poor customisation hasn't it! That's why we have to buy Start11 I suppose lol which reminds me, Did I used to have a copy of Start 10 ? and did that resize the Taskbar? Off to have a look. Thanks again. Mike

Just bought 5 seats for start 11 so am setting it up on more PC's one of which is a win10 machine. I can't remember how I increased the taskbar icon size on my Main win11 PC and am struggling to find what to do on this win10 machine and am wondering if it's even possible? BTW I'm using the "Windows Pro style" menu Any assistance will be much appreciated Mike

Shutting down a remote desktop in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

I just added start11 to a headless server. which I need to shutdown /restart sometimes. On the windows start menu I could do this Ok but I am only getting the option to "disconnect" on the start11 menu. Is there any way I can get this to work from start 11. Mike Moved to Start Menu Product area:

Just upgraded to Start11 v2 . I am having trouble adding a group from groupy to the start menu. I am using win10 style start. I seem to remember that to get a new group onto my start menu I would right click it and "Pin to start" There is no Pin to start on the menu though? I get "Pin to start" on all folders but nothing else Any help appreciated

Ah! no I have downloaded a copy of my order history and My groupy 1 and 2 are there plus my start11 and my old fences 2 But I am using at least 3 maybe 3 copies of Fences 3 and I can't find them in the list! I might have bought them using another email. I did try a different email but stardock didn't recognize it? I also opened my main PC copy of fences but could not find the license number there either? So if I uninstall that one I wont be able to re-install i

Cannot revert to start11 V1 in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

I tried the 30 day trial of V2 and did not find anything extra in it that i wanted so today after the 30 days was up i tried to revert back to V1, Unfortunately there is no obvious option to do this. so at the moment I have lost my V1 that I have paid for. I have tried uninstalling it and then could not find a download of the setup for V1 so I am now stuck. Noy very happy as you might imagine. Could some one help me out please? Mike

Problem with Browsers and Groupy in Groupy Stardock Forums

When I open a saved group of browsers They open with all the last used open tabs as they should, but I always get the original tabs open when the group was created. If I leave these all open the same happens again so that The originals are always created , So I can end up with multiple copies of these tabs! I have to delete all those tabs every time to stop getting multiple copies. But I still get them back every time I open the group. &nb

Accent Colours in Groupy Stardock Forums

I like the new accent colours but I'd like them to "Stick" between sessions. Is that what they are supposed to do? as I'm not so sure if they are useful if not. Thanks Mike

Winver build 19041.867 Groupy is in standard directory: I just installed ver 1.48 this morning So must have been using the version before this update. I use Opera Mainly but Pale moon and Vivaldi as well Opera is in C:\Users\mike_\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera which has subfolders for each version I have installed. eg latest one is C:\Users\mike_\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera\74.0.3911.218 which is why it can't find Opera after an upd

Saved Browser groups don't work after a browser is updated in Groupy Stardock Forums

I use two or three browsers regularly and have them in a group. Unfortunately browsers seem to need updating every week or so. When this happens the group does not work anymore as it's looking for the previous version I suppose. It just says it can't find it. So I have to delete the group and then rebuild it with the updated Browser. It's got so bad I just don't save groups anymore.

Fresh install of windows My portal fences won't retain their View settings in Fences Stardock Forums

I'v had paid for versions of Fences for years and never had this problem before. I set the views to lists and that's fine till i reboot and then they are all back to large icons again. Am I missing a setting here or is there something weird going on with my new installation. As far as I can see no other program I have is doing anything like losing its settings. thanks Mike
