After passing "Galactic Dominion? " in the UP I could no longer colonize planet that were not already in my Boarders. The resolution said that it would prevent race from colonizing in someone else's boarders

1. I can't nail down any diplomatic features that have stood out to me, but would like to see maybe the ability to sell information and intelligence what other races. Maybe, you find out one race is planning an attack on another race, you should be able to sell that to the other race for some money. or maybe you made it up to get them to join the fight on your side. Just a thought. 2. around 1000 turns, in GalCiv 2. maybe 400 in Civ 5, the AI normally wins if you don't by that
