Just recently, I have come across a problem with my downloading of animated wallpapers. After downloading a wallpaper, the only way it OPENS is in Photoshop Elements (and it can't open there). Previously, I've downloaded many dreams and they work OK. Has anyone else had this problem? Can it be resolved? Thanks
