In 3 a planet can only build a constructor. The shipyard will do all the ship building.

installed the latest dx11 and restarted. I still need to use my intel to play. In looking at dxdiag I do not see the Radeon listed anywhere but it is in my device manager and CCC says it is there. It is like the R is a helper hardware.

Nothing added but changed the global power from Optimal to Maximum Performance. All I got was a black screen and locking up so had to force a shutdown.

When I use the Intel I get a warning about drivers have to be 10.1 I click OK and all runs fine. When I use Catalyst and switch the graphics to my Radeon I get the into screen fine but the menu words are gone. I am able to get out by clicking in the appropriate box. I also get the 10.1 warning with my Radeon. I have 11.

My only concern is will Multi have PBEM capabilities. Myself; and I am sure many others, can not set aside a specific time every week to do an online multi.

If it is all black then do not worry. There is an update in the works that should solve it.

I found this also. It seems that I refreshed when they were in the process of updating the name list.

What I did was go to my Stardock Store downloads and copied the key from there into Add A New Game in my Steam.

This comp came with the SSD all set up already. When I installed 7 on another computer that had a SSD it installed with no problem.

I am also cool. The reason may be in that my Radeon is not used and all video goes through my Intel.

Translation: Different problems and it all runs downhill.
