We may want a Yor Production govenor in the future so those that do not many to micro that part do not have to.
Putting together peices I have read makes me think it is some how related to Direct Draw and video cards use of it.
When I get a colonize event popup it would be nice to also have the planet stats show so I can better decide wether to go Ben. Prag. or Mer.
I micro at first but as time goes on I become more and more macro. The Govenors they are talking about should help the macro lots.

One way we could help late game is to have new minor race(s) show up letting us be the helper or devestator. Another way would be to have tech allow you to go beyond the Milkyway and discover other Civs and one want to control the entire Universe so you have a new war/problem to deal with.
BRight is the End turn button or you can use the Enter key. If there are still things that need to be done the End turn will not show. Instead it will tell you what you need to do.
Systems are made of many planets. I have already had times where one planet is me and another is someone else in the same system. This is what I am talking about. With the number of planets that some stars have you could make a system as the meeting place for your friends. Of course you would not want to culture flip any of them. And as a meeting place if made could add a % to diplomacy or something for those civs.
In SEV I would work on making a solar system with multiple races. Good for Allies but if things sour then someonwe will be very unhappy very fast. A way to add to stratagy planning only if one wants to. To protect against the problems of multi civ systems make a system closed after colonizing one planet.
Cylons
If sucking in can not work then how about loosing movements. The longer one is withing x hexes of the corona the movements are reduced by % so if left around too long then "-" movements. ie stuck.
Sounds like 3 advisory govenors. In the game they talk about adding govenors for just about anything at first till they find out what works and what does not. (one of the streams)

If you want spectator now you can open the debug and autoplay.
First there has to be a working AI. I think of it as an AI place holder. Yes there are more things the AI can do but in the streams they talk about that being just the basics.

You can also change it in the game setup.
If steam added an offline counter that adds to the online counter as soon as connected would do. If I added my offline time for SOTSII onto my online time the number would be many many many times bigger.
Some things work fine but when I use "displayinfluence" I get a freeze and on clicking anywhere I get CTD with no expenation. When I try "hideui" I get nothing. Both these commands would be nice to have. The display could go in the minimap and the ui one could be an X to minimize/hide the ui till you want it agian. Or one could make hotkeys for the ui hide/unhide.

I would go for a button by finances that will hide or unhide the UI.
