Fences saying i'm on my free trial despite me having object desktop in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

I started the free trial for fences 3 before i got object desktop and then downloaded object desktop, which had its own complications and still doesn't show up in my order history, but in app shows me to have it for a year and gives me full access. anyways, It says i have 8 days left in my free trial and offers for my to buy it even if i launch it through object desktop.

I sent one to their sales support one, and it's weird because i tried tochange my email and it said it would send a validation, but it never did, and i asked it to multiple times aswell. the invoice went to the new email, so maybe that's messing things up? either way I'm pretty upset that i dropped 50 dollars and it looks like I'll likely not be able to have fun customizing stuff until the week days start when i have no time

I bought object desktop, downlaoded the manager, got a paypal reciept and an invoice from stardock,but the manager says there is nothing i can install and the website acts like I don't own it and asks if i want to buy it, and it's not in my orders. this isn't ok.
