When I hold my cursor over 'Favourites' I get a greyed out box which say 'Access Denied' I can only access my favourites folder using file explorer.

Start 11 in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

I have a Favourites link in Start 11 but when I click on it I get a message - Access denied - can anybody help me correct this? (I am the administrator and logged in as such)
