Well, thanks for the reply, I just thought it was strange that in un-modded games planets could be worked with soil-enhancement while when modded all my planets couldn't. I'll try going further to see if things change. Cheers.

I was trying the "Terraform More" mod but, after installing it , I cannot seem create any new tiles (after unlocking the first terraforming research and try to build the "soil enhancement"), and yes, I tried on a new game...it doesn't work. Any tip on how this actually works?
