Those imgur links aren't the images I'm using, they are showing you that they are .png files with the correct dimensions specified.

What does that mean? All the images used are at the dimensions required.
Whenever I try to save my custom-built civ in the Civilization Builder, the logo, portrait, and custom background do not save correctly.
