Regarding civilizations living inside black holes, you have to remember that it's not a civilization as we know it. No physical bodies on the macro scale, but rather intelligent matter on the planck scale. Humanity is already miniaturizing towards the nanoscale, but it doesn't stop there. You guys are thinking waaaay too small. Here's an idea for you guys. Why not have the dead planets be a resource for some ultimate project.
