Actually it seems that the planetary defense dome does take into account adjacency bonuses but the elerium defense shield doesn't

Quick question as to whether adjacency bonuses to Planetary Defense improvements (i.e. elerium defense shield, planetary defense dome) are supposed to be included in Planetary Defense Percentage or if it is a bug if they are not being included. Checking my current game (1.5) none of the adjacency bonuses seem to be included in the planetary defense percentage on the world that they exist on or any other world.
Also add to the possible solutions that the AI shouldn't trade more than say 10% of it's planets or newest model ships (obsolete ships may or may not be attached to this limit) in any 1 trading session...so that you cannot take almost their entire empire in 1 trading session...
I am just curious if the bonus of shipyard distance also affects the distance that pop can contribute to colony ships/transports or are those distances hard capped at 6 even with the trait?
It is not just planets...it is the total value of the trade which causes it to flip (i.e. some planets and a whole lot of tech will also cause it to flip (5 planets and 38 tech for example)). Also the factions homeworld cannot be a part of the trade. I have a save file which exhibits this behavior which I will submit through through the submit channels.
