Basically I am playing Terran currently and trying to understand Manufacturing Cost. Is this a wealth thing, like each building I plop down is costing me a little bit of wealth. Currently I see around +45 on some manufacturing buildings. I am up to about 9 planets and control a good 1/8 of the galaxy. I am on a huge map with like 11 other AIs at turn 150. My influence is giving me planets slowly. Any rate I never have any issues with wealth as I have 3000 b

While I do not perfectly agree with "Auto Upgrade Starbases" mode. It makes me think of a great option being able to queue the next module to be constructed in the Starbase prior to a constructor being available. Like most planets have to queue improvements until there is manufactoring to build it the same could be done with Starbases. Than when a constructor comes the Starbase auto-upgrades.
