Hi, I recently purchased GalCiv III on Steam. Whenever I click play, or start the exe outside Steam, the process begins for a second or two, but then it ends immediately, every time. There's no black screen, no visible activity on my monitor, and I don't ever get to the title screen. I've tried disabling and turning off my antivirus, starting in/outside steam, and I've verified the game files with Steam. My drivers are all up to date. After crashing, there is no crash
