no, by classic i mean game version 2.33 no resources required for most buildings, no stupid cities or artifical population caps. none of the absurd bs they seem to be happy to shove down our throats because they are delusional enough to think its actually enjoyable mechanics

if you have the steam version, right click galciv 3, select properties. Go to the beta tab, and select your game version as classic. poof, no more stupid resource bullshit or its associated problems
