I have stopped using Start11. It is just too unstable under Windows 11: After logon, the icons in the taskbar are very often vertically offset and I have to stop the explorer first. When right clicking on an item in the taskbar, it takes several seconds for the context menu to open. When changing the desktop workspace, the taskbar crashes regularly. And when clicking on time and date, the calendar and notifications window almost never opens.

Start 11 version 1.37 beta solves my problems with Windows 11 Insider in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

Great, the taskbar works again! It is no longer fragmented and the icons no longer overlap. Thanks!

I have this problem permanently. Not only icons overlapping each other. The whole taskbar is "fragmented". I had to disable expanding the taskbar through Start 11. Otherwise, no work was possible.

Just for your information, in Windows 11 Beta Release 22H2 22623.1037, the taskbar looks like this. I had to disable the taskbar expansion and the alternative start icon.

Good question! Unfortunately, I can't remember how I enabled the two-line systray. That was a very long time ago.

Yes, build 22623 is an insider release (beta channel).

The problem occurs since some version of Start11. Currently I use the version 1.36. I am running Windows 11 version 22H2 in builds 22621.900 and 22623.1028. The error occurs in both versions of Windows.

Icons in the systray are doubled or even tripled and shifted. The problem is almost permanent.

After installing the current beta version 22616.1 of Windows 11, the systray is no longer displayed if the option "Let Start11 enhance the startbar" is enabled in Start 11.
