unable to configure fences.....empty control panel applet in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

I can create fences on the desktop, but I cant configure fences at all....when I right mouse click the option to "Configure Fences" all I get is an empty window as if the control panel applet is empty or not working....please help, have reinstalled several times to no avail.....
