I get it and i agree with you, but they just could post in the info of the DLC that you need the Crusade DLC first :)

Hi, I need help plz! I just bought the Retrebution expansion DLC. I non't 100 % if it's a bug or not, but I just can't get more than 6 administrators when playing a newgame/not campaign. The first thing i noticed taht at the top i have just the options for CIVILIZATION, ARTIFACTS, IDEOLOGY and DIPLOMACY. I researched a few of thecs that have in description to add andministrators, but nothing happend. tnx
